The Vigil has offered me a bird’s eye view of my hometown Hull which I have never seen before.  Streaky pinks tinged with soft yellows, seagulls swooping below me.  A jogger is spotted, and lights twinkle on the bridge.  Boy racers are heard and I spot electric scooters whizzing along.  Serenity descends as the light deepens.  I wouldn’t have missed this and will remember it for years to come.
