Sunset 25 September - Ali Hubbard

After the initial shock of entering the box and fearing I was under siege from multiple wasps I soon realised I was in a safe space!   

Having spent the last 14 months looking after our baby daughter in the strangest of times I quickly entered a somewhat meditative state as I observed all the major landmarks of the city spread before me.  Enforced time to stop and think is vital in today’s world.  I thought of my family and friends that in this city where I was born and raised play such a major part in why I stayed.   

The views have been special, the sunset quite the show.  Thank you for the experience Joanne and the Freedom Festival and LYN for the chance in the box!
