The sense of understanding or evaluating my life didn’t strike me in the Vigil box.  However, a greater love of my home city came over me as I glanced out toward the Humber Bridge – a symbol of change and development which left an everlasting mark.  Hull has always aimed to change.  Maybe not always successfully but with genuine hope and ambition.
