Sunset 16 June 2021 - DEBBIE MOWFORTH

After being a Companion, it is a totally different experience being a Vigil.

 

It felt like I was a guard on watch at the top of a turret at the highest point of a castle, keeping the City of Hull safe.

 

It was an excellent experience and everyone should take an hour a day to be ‘mindfulness’ to enjoy some time of just being here!
