Sunset 12 August 2021 - RAEANN L ROOMS

The glorious 12th!  And it was glorious.  The view takes your breath away.  I am so proud of Hull – I have lived here all my life.  I have seen the sunset on holidays all over the world.  Tonight, this is the best one I have seen.  It was a warm and clear night – I was truly blessed.  I got a real sense of the planet spinning on its axis and the sun remaining still – I could feel the rotation. 

I watched the birds soaring over the city – listening to their cries.  It was truly an amazing experience I will never forget.
