Sunset 11 December - Wendy Whitehouse

What an experience that was!  Thank you so much for the opportunity to take part.  The time in the Pod, contrary to how I thought it would be, flew by.  I could see all the people passing, hurrying by and was surprised how no-one looks up!  I thought, ‘You don’t know I am up here watching over you, wishing you a safe day/journey.’  The city looks much smaller from above and it is by no means a small city.  I enjoyed identifying buildings.  A seagull flew past at one point and seemed to glance in! 

As sunset was nearing all the lights started to flick on and gave the city a completely different aspect.  I loved this opportunity and could have stayed up there for much longer.
