Sunrise 30 November - Lorna Vernon

The vigil experience made me realise the importance to take time out ‘just to be’ without the screen, the book, the music and podcasts.  I enjoyed watching the birds glide across Hull and forgot about the busy working day ahead.

So, next time, I do nothing I will be aware of great opportunity and enjoy the moment.
