Wow.  How much time do we actually have when we’re not clock watching and just enjoying moments?  Watching the City begin to come to life this morning was a real joy, looking out at familiar landmarks/buildings and watching the river whilst the sun rises!  We take a lot for granted.  We have busy lives.  We’re always doing something.  To take an hour this morning with no distractions, no phone, no clock was just amazing.  Something I intend to try to replicate myself on a regular basis in my own life.  Thank you for such a wonderful experience.  X
