Fantastic opportunity to see the city wake up and watch the light change.  Very grey but many shades and a lot of colours – signs, lights, cars and trees.  A lot of green amongst the buildings and scaffold.  Quiet but not too quiet.  Where is everybody going?  Do they know there’s a Vigil in progress?  The ship’s captain, the bus drivers, bike riders and walkers?  Excellent buildings, spaces and opportunities for the future of the city can be seen.
